September 10th is the birthday of a great friend. I shall draw attention to only three pictures. We became friends after I seemed to always be the only one to answer when he got in trouble with the police-which was often. In this instance, his tire fell off when he was trying to get away from a college escapade. The cops quoted him saying”you picked a fine time to leave me, loose wheel.”
Three lobsters for a New Year’s dinner. These crustaceans didn’t squeal when we dropped them head first in the water. After some lobster races, we had put them in the bathtub with water. Seems the floride may have done them in…or maybe the bubbles. Andy Warhal once said “One’s company, two’s a crowd, and three is a party.“
This guy has been a comrade for a very long time. We met in college, and have championed friendship ever since.
